We are seeking an inspiring teacher who will challenge, inspire and drive students and help further improve outcomes for students. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed teacher to work within a school that is committed to professional development and improving teaching and learning across the school. The successful applicant will work with the Faculty Director and Assistant Faculty Directors, to drive improvement and outcomes, and should expect to be responsible for a key stage/key aspects of the department provision. You will be working within an established and talented department and faculty, with proven success at all key stages.

You will have:

• The ability to inspire and motivate students with a focus on raising aspirations and achievement for all.

• A commitment to professional development and be a reflective practitioner dedicated to continual development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and parents

• A commitment to high quality teaching and learning practice, and the aspiration to work as part of a subject team to improve and sustain outcomes.

• A commitment to promoting the school鈥檚 values and ethos, with a focus on creating a sense of belonging in and out of the classroom
